We are planning to hold in-person conference in Suwon, Korea with an option for virtual participation if you are unable to travel.
Oral Presentation
Times for each talk and discussion in minutes are as follows. A chairperson will ring a bell when time is up for discussion

Poster Presentation
Poster presentation is for both regular registration and student registration
On-site Poster Presentation
All poster sessions will be held at the conference site.
You are requested to submit your poster file in PDF format.
The displayable area is approximately 90cm(W) x 120cm(H).
Your poster number will be provided by the secretariat and placed in the upper left corner of your poster board. You can check your poster number in advance on "My Page". The abstract title, authors and affiliation should be listed on your poster.
NT22 will provide the tapes to attach your poster.
The poster presenters should be available to answer questions and discuss with attendees during the poster session. Presenters who does not show up in a scheduled presentation without any prior notice will be considered a “no-show”.
If you have more than one poster and they are not side by side, you should manage your time to present all of them.
It is NOT acceptable to merely post a copy of your journal paper. In such a case, it will be marked as a “no-show” presentation.
Please remind that the posters that are not removed after the poster presentation time will be discarded without notice.
NT22 accepts no responsibility for any materials that may be left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
Virtual poster presentation
Three-minute oral presentation for poster presenters is required.
You are requested to submit your poster file in PDF format.
The poster number, title, author and affiliation should be noticeable on your poster.
Make a powerpoint presentation of 3-5 slides.
Record your presentation in less than 3 minutes using a powerpoint presentation, and export it in MP4 format.
Upload the file at poster presentation file tap in My page by June 3rd, 2022.
